Hi community, thanks for your support and engagement on this idea. We acknowledge your desire for enhancements in how you can Budget and forecast reporting within Xero, and being able to mirror custom Profit & Loss report layouts you've created.
While we understand the needs expressed by you here, we want to be open that we don't have immediate plans for developing this tool.
We're continuing to look ahead and assess the base needs of our customers when it comes to budgeting and working in Xero and will keep you updated of any upcoming developments that could support in your needs here. Thanks for your continued feedback and support through Xero Product ideas.

Hi team, we appreciate your engagement in the idea here however we want to be open that we don't have any plans for developing repeat spend or receive money transactions atm.
If you have the suggest previous entries option turned on in your bank account, you may find that overtime Xero suggests create transactions based on your previous reconciliations.
Alternatively, you could look to create bank rules for these scenarios where Xero will pick up commonalities in your rules to your statement lines and help with reconciliations.

Re Repeating spend transactions- I just set up a Bank Rule for those.

We are trying to get our OVERALL BUDGET to board members for approval. They must see it in the same line by line format as the custom Income & expenditure reports they see every month in order to understand it and view easily in a format they are accustomed too. XERO - PLEASE ADD THE LAYOUT EDITOR OPTION TO THE REPORT. This is crucial and I'm sure a very EASY FIX.
