Hi everyone, thanks for showing your interest here. We've been looking into your requests around Document packs, however want to be upfront that right now, editing sent packs is not on the immediate roadmap.
We appreciate you providing more details on the exact scenarios where being able to edit a sent pack would be most helpful. It provides a good picture of the specific problems you're facing, which will help us explore various solutions in the future.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to save a PDF of the covering letter sent with document packs, particularly for firms who customise cover letters for individual clients.

Hi everyone, thanks for your support in the idea here. Reading over there are 2 separate requests in the one thread
- Ability to create a default email template for sending document packs
- A text box on single documents in a pack
We have another idea that's been started around the default email template across here and I invite all those interested to add their votes.
For the thread here I've updated the title slightly for the Text box on individual documents so we can track the interest in each of these separately.

Can you please advise where the thread for the email template for document packs is? I think it is just as important, if not more important than being able to add a text box. Please add a link to that thread. Thanks.

Hey everyone! Thanks for your ongoing feedback on this. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight how important it is to get superannuation calculations exactly right, especially with the specific rules around employees under 18.
Our product team has reviewed this idea and agrees this needs to be addressed. The current workaround of manually adjusting each pay run isn't the seamless experience we want to provide, especially for businesses with multiple under-18 employees.
As a result, we're moving this idea to 'Accepted'. While we can't give a specific timeframe for a solution right now, this status means it's on our radar and something we'd like to develop in the future.

I completely agree with all of the reasons listed by others in this thread. Document packs are an extremely important way to streamline business practices. But the issues brought up here show that it can actually end up being inefficient if you make a small error and don't realise until after sending.
