Thanks for your support on the idea, everyone. We thoroughly appreciate your participation, and letting us know where you'd like to see change across Xero.
Customer statements, is an area of Xero that needs upgrades to it's technology in order to make ideas like this one here possible.
Currently, while we have plans for modernising this space soon we cannot commit to any new developments for Statements until this work has been complete. Once this has been done I'll round back to the idea here when we can reset the objectives.

@Luigi - because Xero only pander to accountants and their needs rather than end-users now. It's become as complacent as Sage and awaiting a new competitor to wipe them out... hopefully soon.

Xero has just become a very tired old product with no basic user driven development. If it was accountants asking for this feature it would have been done years ago. Its really sad to see such a once great product that was built upon the back of end-user feedback just neglect its previously loyal following. All about accountants these days - just like Sage did, wonder what will come next..

Saw Statey - but it should be standard functionality...

Seem to get a lot of notifications about this subject - but Xero just aren't interested in basic end-user features now. Given this was raised by them in 2015. Priority is their Accountant Partners who have become their main sales channel and who they love these days. I just hope there's a new company that'll be the Xero of old about to emerge.

Hi everyone, we recognise the appetite in this idea and thank you for engaging with us on this through product ideas. We understand the efficiency being able to import Quotes to Xero could have for our customers, as well as the ease of use being able to export Quotes like you can invoices. However, with team resource focused elsewhere right now, we want to be honest that import and export of Quotes are not currently in the roadmap.
Right now, for the export of Quotes you could run the Receivable Invoice Details report - We've created a common format available fro the left panel to access 'All quote details'. If you'd like to further filter this you could add a Status filter. Once you Update, you'll find you can export this detail to PDF, Excel or Google Sheets.
We'll make sure to update everyone through the idea here if there's…

You're wasting your time supporting or voting for these - Xero do not give a flying f about anything unless it's accountant led. The automatic emailing of customer votes has been going on for over a decade, this ones only a young pup at a decade. They're not the Xero of old - time to look for alternatives.

Our teams are aware of the interest in this and will consider for future enhancements, however we want to upfront that there are no immediate plans just yet. If there is any progress around this we will be sure to share with you on the idea, here.

I wouldn't hold your hopes up - I've grown old watching most of these go nowhere - 2012 this was raised by themselves. Don't think they've actually got any product managers anymore.

The # that they stick in front of quotes causes an issue with Outlook when previewing. This is a bug, but the support team have told me to vote on this!
@Craig Vickers - couldn't agree more - good way of looking at it, I always thought they were kissing the backsides of accountants and bookkeepers being their main sales channel but a defective product opens up an ecosystem with a rake.
