    Hi everyone, thanks for all your support here. We recognise the importance of notifying the right people when bank account details change, and how this would help businesses strengthen their checks and reduce fraud risk.

    While this work isn’t directly on the roadmap just yet, this idea is on our radar, and we’re looking to explore it further to ensure we’re covering the ground needed for a smooth customer experience.

    We appreciate everyone who's shared feedback and examples, as they help us better understand the impact this'd have in practice.

    If I am the person who changes a bank account number, for my own security I need at least 1 other person in my organisation to be notified of the change. This would act as an internal control against fraud.

    Yes, I agree. After the batch has been sent to the bank it would be great to be able to export the batch record in a format that would allow the supplier names to be sorted alphabetically.
