We've been carefully reviewing your comments and want to acknowledge the clear sentiment of frustration regarding the current limitations around managing multiple addresses for contacts, particularly for invoicing and delivery purposes, and that this is a critical feature to many of you.
We want to share an update on our progress here - We're pleased to confirm that the foundational work for handling multiple addresses has been completed within the Contacts area of Xero. This was a crucial first step. Building on this, now that all customers are on the new invoicing experience our product team has moved into the discovery phase for adding multiple addresses directly within invoicing. This means they are actively exploring the best way to implement this functionality to meet your needs effectively.

I asked for this "Improvement" over 10 years ago in this thread (or a previous one). I don't believe anyone at Xero actually takes any notice of this forum. its just here so you can vent and think that something will get done. Xero is far too busy developing "New" features to entice new clients rather than supporting existing clients who they have already "Captured"

Can we get an estimated date when this might be available, this is very frustrating for a significant number of users and has been on the to-do list forever.
I have read the statement above that suggests it's being looked at, but it's still very non-specific as to when we might actually see something.

is Xero ever going to fix this???
seems like a fairly basic requirement and yet no comment from Xero on when a fix will be implemented. I asked for this over 5 years ago and was told it was being done then. so far silence! happy to take my money though.An error occurred while saving the comment

I've requested this several times over the last 6 years. I was told about 5 years ago it was about to be released. never happened.
In my opinion its one of the biggest issues with Xero
The real issue here is that this does not add a revenue stream for Xero. their developers are tasked with new features and products (as we keep seeing released) that they can add revenue for Xero. I've been waiting over 10 years for this bug fix, I don't really expect to see it implemented in the next 10 years as there is probably nobody actively working on it. I have in my business a team of software code writers, I know what this would take, and its NOT measured in years, maybe a few months at worst, so there you have it, they are not interested in customers they already have, they are already getting your money, just the ones they still want to attract. its all about growth of revenue.
