Hi everyone, thanks for the suggestion! We understand that having more control over how your dashboard data looks would make it easier to interpret your practice’s performance at a glance. Customising graph and table colours isn’t just about aesthetics—it helps the data stand out in a way that fits your reporting needs or brand.
We know that adding more flexibility here would make it easier to focus on the metrics that matter most. We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can track interest and share with our product teams how visual customization could enhance your daily experience in Xero Practice Manager.

Thanks for sharing your feedback here. Clearer icons or additional spacing between the Search and Time buttons in XPH could help reduce misclicks.
We’ve updated this idea to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking community interest. If this could improve your day-to-day use of Xero Practice Manager, add your vote and share your preferred layout.

Interesting idea - we'll continue tracking interest here. 🙂 In the meantime I did want to highlight how you can send multiple statements at once and may help some here.
While it's not possible to set a default for each contact, you can currently send statements to multiple users at once -
From your Contact lists either select all, or just the contacts you'd like, select the 3 menu dots in the top right of the page where you'll see an option to 'Send statements'.
- When clicked this will take you to the statements screen where you can further refine the lists of contacts you'd like to send a statement too
