Hi everyone, thanks for engaging us on the idea here.
As previously shared - right now, the transactions report on the VAT return can be exported, fro which you can sort, search or filter transactions.
However we appreciate the improvements this could have if available in Xero.
This is something our product team have picked up and are working through. For now, we'll move to In development and I'll keep you updated on it's delivery here. 🙂

🌟 Thanks so much for sharing this idea — and to everyone who’s added their support. We can see how valuable it would be to handle client approval for VAT returns within Xero, rather than needing to download and email them separately.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback and votes on adding birthday notifications to Australian payroll - we understand how this could help with team celebrations and managing age-based award rate compliance.
After reviewing with our product team, this feature isn't currently on our roadmap, and we'll update the status to 'Not in Pipeline'. Right now, setting up an external calendar could help you track these important dates.
We appreciate you all taking the time to share your feedback with us, and will continue to watch the traction this idea receives through Votes. If there is any change, we will share an update here.

Can there be warnings when an employee is going to have a birthday that means they need a pay increase, or pension enrolment?
And similarly one when an employee is about to go over tax thresholds?Ellie Antkiewicz

Hi everyone, thanks for raising and supporting this idea of having more visibility or an alert when turnover is reaching the VAT threshold. This is something our team have picked up and taking a deeper dive into. No promises at this point but we'll keep you updated of any news here.

It would be great to be able to open & close the sections in the VAT return.
I might be looking for a specific line in the Expenses for example, but need to scroll though all the sales. A little toggle to drop down or close off would be great!
