Hi community, thanks for your responses to our update and the continued interest this idea receives. We're keeping a watchful eye on the support this idea gathers.
As mentioned in my last update our immediate focus for now is delivering more automation and intelligent tools to help you reconcile faster.
However, we understand and appreciate the pain points shared through this idea and will move the status of this to Accepted as our product team look into more details around this and how we might plan this into the roadmap.
I'll keep you updated of any developments in this space.

We split from another practice and have all their clients as we took XPM and HQ with us. Would love some way of being able to delete old staff, clients and freshen up the system!

Appreciate your feedback around how more visuals in reporting would aid when presenting business information to stakeholders.
Though not direct within the Management report - Xero Analytics provides visual tools to assess and get insight into your business with Short term cash flows and Business Snapshot.
Alongside this, our reporting team have also started release of a graph in the 'Expenses by Contact report' - It's available if you're running a US organisation atm, and will be with other regions soon

Would love to somehow pull the Business Snapshot or Business Performance reports into a management report - numbers only go so far and it would save us having to get an app!
This would be amazing for clients who are sole traders and have to incorporate or have to migrate to a new subscription for whatever reason - it would save so much time than having to copy 40x bank rules from one sub to another sub.
