Hi Maddy, may depend on how the stock is being recorded in Xero and reconciled with Figured - would the Inventory Item Details report be of use here?
You could group by Item name, include Expense, Inventory & Revenue accounts, as well as QoH movement to view the total # of units sold in the period you're running the report for.

We have a number of farmers who really need this functionality, particularly when we are trying to convince them to switch over from farm-specific programs that auto-calc fuel tax credits, or from MYOB which already has this functionality for fuel & for livestock! We have had to improvise by having clients enter the litres to the reference box instead - not ideal but will do for now.
