I've tried reaching out to Xero through multiple channels and people. No one willing to give a response as to even if this is under consideration or already in the pipeline. Given it annoys every user (being an accountant or an employee just using Xero Me) I'm staggered it isn't already in place.

I've had to create my own spreadsheet where you can dump in leave balances after each payrun. It then has a section for leave booked in or requested and forecasts leave balances out into the future

To me this is a function that every Xero business would want implemented and one that is in almost every other HR system I've ever used

At this stage there are no immediate plans to work on the projected leave balance feature request.
