Hi everyone, we appreciate your support and feedback for having a Repeating Invoices Report.
We know that not having a dedicated report for your repeating invoices can present limitations when trying to forecast sales.
As noted by others in the idea, while not a complete solution there is the Receivable invoice detail report, that will provide results for invoices that have already generated from a repeat invoice template. There is also Short term cashflow predictions in Xero Analytics Plus that can predict recurring cash transactions based on the past 3 months reconciliations.
For more comprehensive forecasting, some users have found third-party apps that integrate with Xero to be helpful - You can view the full suite of official apps on our Xero App store.
While we understand these aren't ideal long-term solutions, I want to let you know that there's no work currently planned to develop a specific…

If the Xero team are looking into this, could they consider being able to access/edit data of these repeating invoices on mass, so either in a table or with a upload/download capacity so if we needed to change the reference on all of them it could be done quickly rather than individually as we have to now. Thank you

We are a growing company and now have a huge number of repeating invoices, I need to see what information (e.g. branding theme, GL account, tracking categories) in addition to the standard in a quick report to show where something needs changing or is an error before it goes out to the customer. We currently have to go into each one, even the reference doesn't show clearly on the front page. This would be unbelievably a game changer for us!

This would save so much time!
We have a lot of monthly repeating invoices for the same price. I often won't know if the payment received is for this month early or last months late. It will be in the list they suggest for you but I have to manually type in the contact to filter down it to see before clicking ok.
If Xero only showed the matches under the same contact on the bank statement payment with the normal find and match as back up this would make life so much easier. If there wasn't another bill for the same contact I could click straight away and if there was it would take me straight to all bills for that contact. So much quicker to reconcile.
