This would be great if Xero can do. We have program managers in charge of certain staff, if it was set for them to approve their team plus have overall setting for CEO & board to approve if that program manager was away.
Also be great as we have an Accountant with access to the payroll settings so they can access the payroll reports but they shouldn't have access to approving timesheets, leave, etc. It would be an extra security step for Xero to implement.
