Hi Rory, while it's not possible to set up a default email template for a contact at present you can set a default currency & branding theme.
This might go some way toward helping you communicate with contacts in different locations. 🙂 - See our help article here

Currently if you authorise the email goes into awaiting payment where we must search to find it to send. This becomes very hard when you have a few hundred to send.Richard Fernando supported this idea · -

We have different brands each having their own theme. The current system is very error prone. With Invoices sometimes being sent under the wrong brand for the client.
(Also the ability to bulk authorise and send as one action, would make this easier )
