eInvoicing - Bulk approve & send

I hope xero has the functionality of e-invoicing to approve and send the multiple e-invoices in bulk.
As this new invoicing does not allow it and make the task slower than the conventional xero way.
I hope you'll add this suggestion on your product improvement and see xero functioning the next time around.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the interest in being able to bulk approve and send einvoices from Xero.

This is something our product team will consider in future planning however isn't on the roadmap right now, please do make sure you've added your vote and share any additional detail that may help in the teams review.

We'll continue to track interest here and share if any plans are made.

    We e-invoice approx. 170 to 200 invoices per month. This current method is time consuming and tedious. I'm at a loss as to why a bulk upload is a difficult process to implement and why other improvements have taken precedence.

    I email on average 200 invoices a month and if I would love to use einvoicing. If I have to log into each invoice it kind of defeats the purpose of einvoicing.

    E-invoicing is not useful for us unless we can choose to e-invoice in bulk or set default e-invoicing for a contact

    e-invoicing is supposed to make it easier but a simple task of selecting multiple invoices and emailing them at once with one click for non e-invoiced customers is now a ridiculous time-consuming task for e-invoice customers. Having to open every invoice individually, toggle-on e-invoicing, clicking the kebab then sending, then confirm sending. I'm seriously considering ditching Xero over this. Please fix this! Developing the software should be improving workflow not making it worse.

    Is it possible to set e invoicing up at customer contact level. This would then allow me to bulk send my invoices as I currently do, rather than one by one

    No one with large volumes will be efficiently moving to eInvoicing without this. A must have.

    It is painfully inefficient processing a single invoice at a time.
    We have multiple daily invoices to one customer and would like to see this change

    We are a small business who supplies most major health providers, Government and Private, Australia wide. Increasingly, we're receiving requests for eInvoicing. For this process to add value to our company, it needs to be a task that can be completed simply and efficiently.

    We invoice our customers through another system (a WMS) which is integrated to Xero. At the end of the day, all invoices are migrated into Xero. It is at this stage we need to be able to select and upload eInvoices to specific customers.

    This is a feature I would like to see implemented in the near future. Looking forward to seeing what Xero can come up with.

    E-invoicing - great idea - can't implement into our process without bulk e-invoicing ability or ability to use with repeating invoices..

    This capability along with sending repeating invoices via e-invoice is needed to enable the full take up of e-invoicing

    It would be very useful to be able to bulk authorise and send.
    Currently if you authorise the email goes into awaiting payment where we must search to find it to send. This becomes very hard when you have a few hundred to send.
