33 votesHi everyone, we appreciate the interest in being able to bulk approve and send einvoices from Xero. This is something our product team will consider in future planning however isn't on the roadmap right now, please do make sure you've added your vote and share any additional detail that may help in the teams review. We'll continue to track interest here and share if any plans are made. An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Leanne Porter

commentedWe are a small business who supplies most major health providers, Government and Private, Australia wide. Increasingly, we're receiving requests for eInvoicing. For this process to add value to our company, it needs to be a task that can be completed simply and efficiently. We invoice our customers through another system (a WMS) which is integrated to Xero. At the end of the day, all invoices are migrated into Xero. It is at this stage we need to be able to select and upload eInvoices to specific customers. This is a feature I would like to see implemented in the near future. Looking forward to seeing what Xero can come up with. Leanne Porter

49 votesHi team, we'd like to return with another update for everyone here. As mentioned in my last response our current support for Peppol eInvoicing in Xero extends to orgs in AU, NZ, UK, SG and MY. We are still in discovery of development for UK orgs to send eInvoices to EU businesses and govt agencies - It is worth noting that right now the Belgian mandate does not impact UK suppliers to Belgian businesses. That said, I am pleased to share that work for expanding Peppol to support other countries with regular Peppol support (including Belgium, Ireland and Malta) is already underway and expected to be live before December 2025. We will keep you updated of further news around this through the idea, here. Thanks! An error occurred while saving the comment Leanne Porter

commentedFollowing on from Nadine's comment below.I am surprised that Xero has not enabled a function to bulk upload e-invoices. This is very time consuming and defeats part of the purpose of e-invoicing. I would like to be able to send the majority of my invoices this way as I have a lot of clients who are Government Dept's.

314 votesWe thank you all for sharing in the idea here, and understand there are many permissions that our Xero customers would like to provide on a more incremental basis. As you'll all know access to bank accounts is available to users with Adviser, Standard or limited access to those with Read Only roles - You can see more of the breakdown in our article here With much of the teams resource drawn to work on the platform that'll continue to help us with the 'building on beautiful' experience for our customers we want to be upfront that there are no direct plans for altering the user permissions in this space just yet. User roles and individual permissions within a bank account will be in the limelight once much of the platform upgrades are complete, but this is some way off atm. We'll return to share when there's any… Leanne Porter

We e-invoice approx. 170 to 200 invoices per month. This current method is time consuming and tedious. I'm at a loss as to why a bulk upload is a difficult process to implement and why other improvements have taken precedence.
