Hi everyone, we appreciate the interest in being able to bulk approve and send einvoices from Xero.
This is something our product team will consider in future planning however isn't on the roadmap right now, please do make sure you've added your vote and share any additional detail that may help in the teams review.
We'll continue to track interest here and share if any plans are made.

We are a small business who supplies most major health providers, Government and Private, Australia wide. Increasingly, we're receiving requests for eInvoicing. For this process to add value to our company, it needs to be a task that can be completed simply and efficiently.
We invoice our customers through another system (a WMS) which is integrated to Xero. At the end of the day, all invoices are migrated into Xero. It is at this stage we need to be able to select and upload eInvoices to specific customers.
This is a feature I would like to see implemented in the near future. Looking forward to seeing what Xero can come up with.

Hi community, your ongoing interest in giving users the ability to reconcile without viewing account balances is welcomed.
We understand why this level of bank permission control matters. As recently mentioned in my updates on this idea, while we do have current work for user roles underway there is more complexities to developing permissions within the banking space and this isn't on the immediate roadmap.
As we continue our journey to evolving roles within Xero we'll be sure to share any progress for permissions in bank accounts with you all, here.

We e-invoice approx. 170 to 200 invoices per month. This current method is time consuming and tedious. I'm at a loss as to why a bulk upload is a difficult process to implement and why other improvements have taken precedence.
