Appreciate you sharing your feedback on the Tax Manager beta, Serge. Our product team are paying close attention to the feedback we're receiving on this to understand how we can keep developing this experience. I'll be sure to share if there are any plans for providing this visibility of the status of a return.

Thanks for sharing this here. Currently the reason for this functionality to not exist is because the home page for all users may not appear the same. In particular, the users with the same permission roles will get the same view.
We've moved this idea to gain more support from the community. You can share this with your peers and colleagues so they can add their vote onto it as well!

This is a really important one... once you consider all the datafiles and that each user has their own view... that would be thousands of hours spent customising the dashboard.
Being able to set up a default layout for all users would allow everyone to have a consistant experience when logging into a datafile... there's nothing more frustrating than trying to support a user and what they're seeing on their screen is completly different to what you're seeing.

Great to see you're getting in to test our new automated bank reconciliation. Can see how this would be useful if you often work with a lot of Xero organisations.

Hi community, just jumping in here to share that we have recently made an improvement to the groups feature in Xero HQ 🎉
Within a Client record, you can now see what groups they belong to, and add or remove them - check out this article for more information. Please note, this is not available as a report, but is available on a client by client basis.While the team have been really busy working on the single client record, they also hope to introduce a Groups list and group details (similar to what is currently available in XPM) to increase the ability to manage Groups within HQ. We’ll be sure to return & update you here when that’s available.

It's impossible to manage client groups right now.
Want to see which client group each client is assigned to? - Can't do it.
Want to see which clients haven't been assigned to a group? - Can't do it.
By including the client group as a Custom Column view this resolves all of those issues.

Appreciate the interest and hearing the use you have in seeing integrated apps your clients have connected.
As some will have received communication of some time back - we made the hard decision to retire Explorer in Xero HQ from 12 April, 2023.
Right now, if you'd like to see the apps a client has connected you can open the Xero organisation, go to settings and select Connected apps.
While this is something we may consider developing elsewhere in Xero HQ down the road, it isn't in the teams plans right now. We'll continue to track interest here, and let you know if there is any change surrounding this to share. Thanks

The status column should also reflect that the document has been signed... at the moment it still shows "Out to Sign"
