It would be good if you could stop changing things that don't requiring changing. You've changed this before, then changed it back and now you've changed it again. Unnecessary steps required to simply print an invoice or draft invoice.

Hi team, I know it's been sometime since this idea was initially raised and we wanted to update you all here.

We appreciate and understand why some businesses would prefer the acceptance of a Quote be sent to the organisation's reply to email address, rather than the user that initially created the Quote.

While our product team have reviewed and are attentive to your interest in this, we want to be upfront that this is not something we currently have direct plans for changing the behaviour of.

Our team will continue to review this idea and when we're in a position to assess notification and communications for Quotes, we'll share if there are any updates around this, here.

This tells me Xero is not interrsted in small businesses. Unless you're a large business with internal admin dedicated to quotes only and have internal bookkeepers... dont use Xero. And anyone working for more than one business with their own personal email address login for all businesses they assist-good luck! You'll get a bunch of emails sent to your personal email that aren't for you. This goes for the 'send me a copy' checkbox in invoices too. Highly inefficient.

Agreed. I should be able to set the 'send me a copy' email address the same way I can choose the 'reply to' email address for each organisation I'm logged into.
I send invoices etc for a number of organisations. I don't want a copy of their invoices etc sent to my personal email address-nor do the owners of those businesses.
Xero has previously offered a work around of manually typing in the relevant email address into the cc or bcc field each time I send an invoice or receipt or adding the email address into thousands of existing contacts within each organisation - neither options are a viable solution.

Hi community, we appreciate the on-going interest this idea is receiving and the growing needs in the ability to customise documents that you send from Xero.

Right now, our position for this idea remains the same - we do have future plans to improve the branding experience across Xero, starting with invoicing which you can read more about.

As this experience continues to build out we'll make sure to share any updates for customising Remittance for everyone here.
