Email Settings - Ability to add other email address when user choose 'Send me a Copy' option
Ability to add ‘Send me a Copy’ check to also include other email addresses.
Purpose: To make other colleague within the users' workplace get the copy of the email, so they’re all informed.

As previous stated & as per my support call today, the ability to select a different email address (rather than the logged in user) when selecting "send me a copy" is a must for me.

Ability to add an email address different to the users email when selecting "send me a copy".
This would be useful to include an office email that is viewed by multiple people - to keep everyone informed, and also as a common place to search for remittance emails when required.
At the moment once the user received the email, they then have to forward this on to others.

Fed up with manually typing our business development manager's email in whenever I sent a receipt to one of her clients. Surely it should be possible to send a copy to another xero user in your organisation as well as yourself.

i do know that to xero this is not an important feature just like work in progress ( a work order ) isn't - but we would actually pay more to have these features or does xero find it more important to have every email sent to one address even though that address has absolutely no importance to the email received?

why would a purchasing clerk or a salesperson or a despatch/receiving want to send a copy of the quote, purchase order or invoice to the managing director of an organization?

Would be really useful and a surprising omission. Often want to send a copy to a colleague who is not a Xero user. What is needed is a list of workplace email addresses at contact level as separate and distinct from the customer's email addresses.

I am a Xero Adviser and Practice Partner with multiple clients for whom I perform varying tasks. I log in with my Practice email and do work on my clients accounts from that login.
The problem is when I send invoices on my clients behalf, to their customers, or pay bills to my client's suppliers, the copy invoice or remittance advice goes to MY PRACTICE email. I am not the person who needs a copy of the invoice or remittance as I am aware I have sent it (and if needed I can always log into Xero and get a copy from there). The person/company who needs this copy is my client (who's email is the 'reply to').
As I say, at present I have to then log into my emails and forward the copies to my client manually, and ensuring it is the correct client if I have been working on several clients. It is not an efficient process.

We also had a situation where a user's email address changed... Now, invoices are being copied and sent to this old email address. Would be nice if we can change email address to where the invoices are sent, without updating user login details...

We would also like this function, mainly to ensure a copy of all invoices and quotes goes to a communal inbox so all records are retained together.
