    Hi community, we appreciate the on-going interest this idea is receiving and the growing needs in the ability to customise documents that you send from Xero.

    Right now, our position for this idea remains the same - we do have future plans to improve the branding experience across Xero, starting with invoicing which you can read more about.

    As this experience continues to build out we'll make sure to share any updates for customising Remittance for everyone here.

    Hi everyone, we wanted to return and give you an update here. As mentioned in our last post - we want to be forth right that we don't have any plans to remove 'Powered by Xero' from emails sent from Xero, with intentional purpose and based on findings from interactions we can see having true benefit to customers in getting paid faster. 

    That said, we appreciate the feedback we've received and have made changes since this was initially raised to reduce the size of the footer where this is shown and have removed the hyperlink to xero.com. We will continue to develop the invoice email to continue to drive improvements for our customers and the ways you receive payments.

    It’s advertising to our customers and suggesting we are 100% happy with Xero. Not everyone is. We do not find your reason for ‘increasing trust’ and encouraging faster payments is justified. You increase the subscription and then use us to promote Xero. We cannot understand how you add the powered by Xero logo without permission, yet do not allow us to add our own company logo and auto signature saying, it is not technically possible. We will now look to change to an alternative solution.

    I think it is discourteous to attach the logo to our emails without first asking, especially when you cannot allow us to add our own company logo as an auto signature. Please remove this blatant advertising which suggests we endorse Xero. There are many issues with the software that are never addressed and the recent price increase only rubs salt in the wounds further.
