    This would save me hours of work - an inventory item has been set up incorrectly and now I have to manually find all the transactions to recode

    Hi everyone, we completely appreciate wanting more visibility into the separation of leave types and wages so you can get a clearer picture when reporting on payroll costs.

    As you’re aware, leave is currently coded to the same expense account as the employees ordinary earnings rate.

    While our product team agrees this would be a useful distinction, this isn't something we have planned at this point. We’ll continue to monitor interest in this request and will be sure to update this thread if our plans change.

    Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to share feedback on this. We hear you—entering start and end timesheets takes time, and having a template would save some of this.

    As a workaround, the Xero Me app allows you to copy previous daily entries to speed up the process. While this can help streamline things, we want to be transparent that a full recurring template isn't currently on our roadmap.

    We truly appreciate you sharing how this impacts your workflow, and we'll be sure to update this thread if anything changes down the line.
