I'd like the ability to archive branding themes so I don't have such a long list, as some are no longer used. We don't want to delete them and reallocate a new theme as that would require checking the new theme would work.
When they are archived, I'd like them to no longer appear in the dropdown option when creating a new invoice, quote etc.Marie Trott

Hi community we appreciate your feedback on the limitations of branding within Xero right now. While we are looking into improvements to branding and simplifying how customers customise their invoices, we don't have any plans at this stage to increase the # of branding templates that can be set up in the short term.
In consideration of those in the discussion who's workflow consists of creation of recipient created tax invoice, Xero does not currently have a feature to directly support these transaction types, however we have an idea specifically for this that you may be interested in adding your support to. This is not something we have plans for right now, but we are watching the feedback for this and will share if there's any updates, there.

Hi everyone, thank you for your feedback here. This has been shared back with our product team who are keeping a close eye on feedback surrounding this new experience.
While there was a lot of testing around the placement and font sizing of each element in the new experience we appreciate there are differences in how and what details businesses would like to show on their invoices.
We don't have immediate plans of change however I'll be sure to let you know here if there are any plans made.

Thanks for bringing this idea to the community.
We understand the request to delete invoice templates that are no longer needed without having to replace them with another template. Having more flexibility to manage historical templates could help keep your invoice settings organised.

I'd like to also remove templates no longer in use or at least hide them as available options. I do not want to go through each one deleting and replacing.

Hi community, we appreciate your continued feedback on having different default email addresses for various transaction types in Xero contacts, and the manual steps involved to ensure you're communicating with the right person for different purposes.
Currently, one way of managing this in Xero would be to include every additional person on a contact record in emails, and then removing those that aren't required when sending each transaction. However we totally get this isn't the ideal solution.
While being able to set different email addresses for differing transaction types is something we want to address longer term, like the idea for multiple addresses work for this feature requires cross-collaboration between teams in order to achieve.
Once the multiple addresses feature is live this is something we'll be able to consider more closely and provide further updates on.

We would like the ability in Xero to assign different email recipients by document type. Specifically, to have multiple contacts listed on an account for general communications and quotes, while designating a single, specific contact for invoices and invoice reminders only. This would ensure that invoices are sent exclusively to the correct billing contact, while quotes and other correspondence can still be shared with additional relevant contacts.

Be useful to have this ability when preparing multiple quotes for one customer to send in one email, as it can be confusing sending individual quotes when there are a few options.

Hi community, we value your engagement in product ideas here. As you may have seen we've recently rolled out a new send experience in new invoicing.
With this new side-by-side view you'll find you can also CC and BCC other emails 🎉
While this feature is contained to new invoicing atm, we'll look at applying a similar experience to other areas of Xero that you can send from in the future, so we'll keep you updated of any further developments for this here. Thanks!

Ability to add a cc in quotes would be useful.
Also, when you send an invoice to main contact and cc, the notes only show that you've sent it to the main contact and I would like to also see that is has been sent to the cc contact.
