Hi everyone, while there isn't a report that you can report 'terms' atm, you could run the Aged Receivables Summary report that'll provide all the other detail you're asking here.
From Columns in the report you'll see the option to include Credit Limit as well as many of the contact details such as Email and Phone. If this is a report you'd want to access frequently, save it as Custom and maybe even favourite the report so you can easily access it.
When you mention wanting to include 'terms' it'd be good to get more detail of your expectations in this would this be the terms and conditions of the theme applied to invoices for that contact, or perhaps billing information that you may have saved in notes for the contact? Thanks

A poor workaround:
If you export contacts, the spreadsheet has the CIS column and you can filter that list outside of Xero.
Xero contacts has Groups, but the group is not part of the contact import/export and adding to that list is a slow manual task.
Xero contacts has "Smart Lists" but CIS status is not one of the built in filters -

Hey everyone👋 Thanks so much for sharing all your feedback and keeping the conversation going here. We've been following along and considering changes around the process for adding payments in new invoicing.
As we mentioned in our last update, while we won’t be bringing classic invoicing back, we're taking a close look at what made it work so well for you. The ability to quickly enter payment information without leaving the invoice is a key part of that.
To address this, our product team is now working to reintroduce this functionality to the invoice page.
We can’t share a timeline just yet, but we want you to know that your comments have been a vital part of this process. We’ll be sure to post an update here as soon as we have more to share.🙂

New invoicing is slowing me down so much :-(
Having to select a date from a popup instead of type it in.... hey... is there a version of this for people with disabilities who struggle with mouse movements? Maybe there's a setting that would let me type the date again, that would help a little at least.Steve R supported this idea ·

Hi community, we’ve just released some new keyboard shortcuts to new invoicing, that cut down the number of mouse clicks and help you perform actions on your invoice with some simple keyboard entry options.
There’s a range of different shortcuts that you can explore, and in particular a few that I wanted to call out for ‘Approve’ options that I know will be of most interest to you, here;
- Approve (Ctrl-Alt-A OR Cmd-Opt-A on a Mac)
- Approve & add another (Ctrl-Alt-O OR Cmd-Opt-O on a Mac)
- Approve & print PDF (Ctrl-Alt-R OR Cmd-Opt-R on a Mac)
- Approve & email / send eInvoice (Ctrl-Alt-E OR Cmd-Opt-E on a Mac)
While you get used to the combinations of shortcuts our product team have added small prompts to highlight these in the product, and if you’d like to view the full list of options you can see them all on Xero Central.

Thanks for the update Kelly, like many other here, we simply cannot have Xero email the Xero invoice to clients as they get the invoice directly from another system. Two invoices will confuse clients and it's too easy on 'new invoicing' to accidentally send.
My solution for now: remove all the client email addresses from Xero... I hope I don't have to do that by hand!

This is a bug. A failure of the design logic being implemented in code.
I wish Xero would fix these things instead of making us make a feature request.
