Sorry Natalie, not sure what's going on for you there as you should be able to select from any of your accounts in new invoicing. I've just tried testing this in the demo company and see all accounts available for selection. If you're still having trouble with this please do raise a case with our specialists through Xero Central and they can take a deeper look into this 1-on-1 with you.
