Thanks for your added detail and how this is impacting your clients, Kelly.
I'll share this information back with our product teams and am looking into the point you mentioned of not being able to opt-out. I'll be back with another update for you here.

Appreciate the interest through the idea, but want to be open that we don't have any development planned for adding reminders or notification of an employees birth date atm.
I see there are some supporters from NZ and UK in the idea here and wanted to point you across to these specific ideas for each region that I'd encourage adding your support for - Each version of Xero Payroll has been developed specifically for the that regions tax and reporting obligations and this would need to be developed for each version separately. Thanks

Thanks for your idea and sharing what would help your experience when sending using the Xero Network, Kelly. We don't have further changes planned around this right now but will start to get a sense of interest from your idea, here.

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your response and for welcoming further feedback on the new navigation. I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the beta and help shape improvements that benefit both advisors and clients.
While I understand the intention behind the new layout, I’d like to share some concerns raised by a few of my clients who have been transitioned to the beta experience. Three of them have expressed a strong preference to opt out of the new layout. However, despite attempting to opt out, the interface remains unchanged on their end.
Their main concern is that the dashboard now feels overly busy and cluttered, making it harder to navigate. Additionally, they’ve noted that the lower section of the dashboard is being used for advertising, which they find frustrating—especially considering they are on premium subscription plans and expect a clean, professional interface.
Simplicity and ease of use are key for many of our clients, and I believe these changes may be detracting from that experience.
Regards
Kelly
