    Hi team, while this isn't something we have plans to develop for already imported files. We have introduced a new upload tool via mobile that may help some here.

    Via mobile, you can now upload multiple files as separate documents, or a single document - see more on this here

    If for example you had a PDF with multiple pages you could instead take photos of each page and upload these via your mobile device as separate documents.

    Hi everyone, appreciate all the engagement here by far.

    We understand you’re looking for a way to apply tracking categories directly while reviewing documents uploaded into Xero, so transactions can be coded completely.

    Having tracking options available earlier in the workflow could help reduce extra steps when managing expenses across different teams, projects, or locations.

    We’ll continue to monitor the conversation and gather feedback from the community as this idea gains support.

We can appreciate the ability to view all uncoded account transactions on one report instead of having to go through each account. We're moving this idea to gain more support from the community. You may share this idea with your friends and colleagues who may also want to see these changes in Xero.
