    Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.

    We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;

    • Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish 
    • Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
    • Improved the accuracy of the supplier

    Hi everyone, apologies for the gap since our last update.

    We appreciate your ongoing feedback and additional detail that’s been shared in this thread.

    A dedicated units-of-measure field for line items isn't something we've committed to building as a standalone feature, though it's one we're actively considering as part of a wider look at extending invoice documents to better serve our customers.

    For now, connected apps in the Xero App Store remain an immediate option to meet needs expressed. We'll post an update here as this broader work develops.

    There's a few basic features not available in xero and it's very surprising. No idea what the development team are doing. I would consider moving for basic features like this. A lot of people need weight calculation for airfreight.

    Even a simple development task of associating custom product pricing is not even there but is with quick books. I'm a software engineer and IMO it's not ground breaking task to add pricing for products per customer. Given that it just show poor process
