We are able to share Invoice, but not a quote?
With everyone using messengers, different social platforms etc, not being able to share quote is really a pain.
Can share invoice but can't share a quote?

Hi Adam, thanks for sharing this idea. We can see how needing to leave the Quotes screen to update a phone number or address interrupts your momentum.
At the moment, the option is to create a basic contact and then update their details from the Contacts menu afterward. While that works, we understand that being able to enter or edit everything in one place would make the process smoother.
I’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can track interest and highlight to our product teams how in-screen editing could simplify the quoting workflow.
Just a quick note — we’re only able to track one idea per post. If you have additional suggestions, please raise them as separate ideas so we can accurately monitor the traction and feedback for each one.

We appreciate the feedback and interest in being able to set different levels of approval across different transaction types in Xero atm. Currently the draft permission will enable a user to create draft transactions in an org with out the ability to approve, while the Sales Invoice Only role will enable a user to create and approve invoices or quotes without access to purchases, and similarly the Invoice Only Purchases role will allow a user to create and approve Purchase transactions without access to Sales.
To better understand the ask in this idea can you share exactly the type of set up you would be looking to achieve to help with entering information in your organisation.

We are doing a lot of sales via Mobile, would be handy if we could print packing slip after every sale, Mobile App doesn't allow that.

We are struggling with stock controll and accurate reports, we do over 3kk sales with this and negative stock would be really really helpful.

Hi, you made a link available on PC - that is great, can we get a proper Share option on the APP please?
