    Any basic HR platform should allow functionality of "managers / supervisor" approving leave for their subordinate employees. This should be an easy fix for Xero to add employee group or employee hierarchy to the current Payroll segment in the Xero system. The "managers / supervisor" should be able to see the leave entitlements of the respective subordinate employees should show on the PC and Mobile system to then approve or amend the leave request
