Thanks for all the engagement and sharing how valuable this feature is to managing your clients with Xero.
I understand the desire for another update and am pleased to share that this is something our product teams will be addressing and are working on developing within the new unified client experience.
I'll share more news here as this gets closer to release.

I agree with this idea. I have a client who has accidentally created hundreds of billable expenses through the integration with hubdoc. I would appreciate a way to bulk delete or bill them!

We have a client wanting to change accounting systems because he feels it is extremely rude to have the amount due at the front and in bold in the email. this should be optional

Hi everyone, we get how a 'pause' button would help when juggling multiple tasks, and avoid the need to stop and restart the timer. We want to be honest that there aren't any plans for developing a pause option within XPM. Our teams focus for the time being is on development of the unified practice experience that'll soon be released with the Xero Partner Hub. You can read more on this through our website.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing on your needs for a comprehensive client audit trail in XPM. We understand this feature is critical for accountability and data integrity, and we hear you on the pain points this is causing.
As you might've read and heard updates of our teams are currently working on a unified experience across practice tools with the Xero Partner Hub.
History of client changes aren't wrapped into the initial work, but this is something the team would like to look at longer term and for now we'll move the idea to Accepted. Once Xero Partner Hub is fully released we can consider and will share any updates around history with you all here

Previously in the Group view, we were able to view all Jobs, Invoices, and WIP for the Group. This is integral for our processes. Now in the Group view, you can only see the members of the Group, nothing else. Can you please bring back the Jobs, Invoices, and WIP lists?
