    Thanks for sharing here, Shelley.

    At this stage, we don’t have plans to change the report’s behaviour, however an option here could be to customise the report criteria to show Payment Amount greater than $0.00.

    This removes taxpayers with no amount owing while retaining those with payments due.

    We'll keep an eye on the interest this idea builds in the community from other practices, and I'll share if there are any updates.

    Fully support this suggestion. This creates issues with informing clients of their payments due as dates don't align.
