    Thanks for the idea and adding your interest here, everyone. In lieu of a direct feature to accommodate this atm, you may find duplicating the claim to record each part of a trip useful in cutting down the data entry. We'll let you know if there's any change planned here.

    I agree with this.

    Having to submit multiple mileage claims for a return journey, or for each part of a multi stop journey is a bit silly.

    You should be able to add further stops to a journey as it is common to got to multiple sites within a single journey.

    For a simple return journey to a single site and back, it would be great for a check box that automatically doubles the distance.

    This would be much easier. Am being switched over to Xero Expenses from Zoho and had to check what the mileage rate is (it was the base HMRC rate) before i submitted, but it should be possible to set default rates like £0.45 and £0.25 so that users can just select the relevant rate.
