Hi community, thanks so much for all the interest we received. The teams interview spots filled up quickly and they are now fully booked.
Apologies if you didn't manage to sign up to one of the interviews — We really appreciate your enthusiasm and may reopen the link for future research rounds. We will make sure to update here if there's more opportunity.
We will be back to share outcomes from the teams exploration.

This would be a very welcome feature. Am used to it in Oracle cloud from a previous workplace. Having a scheduled csv file landing in the email inbox allowed for real-time Trial Balance analysis without needing to log-in. We would actually schedule this for every hour through busy month end times.
I can imagine the use for multiple budget variance reports to schedule on a monthly basis for departmental reporting too.
This is my number one difficulty with Xero at present (otherwise am loving the move from Oracle to Xero. Many thanks

Hey everyone, thanks for all the support and engagement on this idea.
To be transparent with you all, building a dedicated bank feed for GoCardless isn't something we have in our plans right now.
While we don't have a direct bank feed for GoCardless, we still want to make sure you can easily reconcile these payments in Xero - When your customer pays, Xero automatically reconciles the individual invoice payments and fees in a dedicated GoCardless clearing account. You'll then just need to manually reconcile the bank transfer when the payout from GoCardless arrives in your bank account.
We’ll be sure to post an update here if our plans change.

This is a great idea. Currently we have to download payments and upload as csv files before manual reconciliation. Most of our donors pay monthly via GoCardless so it would be a significant time-saver. Thanks

This would save an enormous amount of time and none of the 3rd party APIs so far feel value for money/trustworthy. With the new JAX feature and logins using email addresses already it feels like a relatively simple feature to add, and would help me swallow price increases.
