This is urgently required. Considering the number of requests you have had from your customers. Being able to created an automated daily report of all bank transactions would mean that I no longer have to give access to Employees to download from a bank account just for this purpose or have to create a daily report every single day that could be automated.

Considering other products in the price range as yourself can do it, this should be added asap.

Automated reporting would significantly reduce our manual effort and ensures timely financial insights. Please can this be re-considered.

This seems like table stakes for any saas product.

We spend a lot of money with you. The idea basically is to "push" data to the recipients so that there is no excuse for failing to log in, run the report and scroll down, or if you are lucky just get it off the dashboard. Once we get push reporting it's a life changer meaning one less reason to stop and open up a machine. What we need just comes in regularly. We want sales reports daily pushed to us. We want flash financials pushed weekly and monthly. We want final management accounts pushed monthly quarterly and annually. With lots of companies this pushing of data on deadlines also keeps the data managers and accountants on their toes. I am amazed and astounded that Xero needs this spelt out. There is so much good about Xero. Another neglected feature would be to have more detailed permissions. We have to use multi companies because permissions cannot be locked on a departmental basis. Finally, allowing payroll timesheets to access all tracking categories would help immensely too.

Seriously, Xero, this is not an obscure request. Almost every product, including many of your competitors, does this. You've sat on your hands for 10 years, so I guess you have no intention of doing this anytime soon, as the email of December 2023 suggests. Perhaps, rather than voting here, we need to vote with our feet and take our business elsewhere ?

We have multiple Xero companies (which works if we use Mayday app to do the intercompany transfers). Pushing KPI's and reports to owners, top team and managers is really important to keep them on their toes. They don't have time to keep clicking the buttons to get the reports and we don't want to do it either. The feature we would like is to send information which is visible without futher clicking - so the dashboard in html and each page of the management report in html - would be what we want. The management report would be great because we can edit that and turn it into a pack.

This should be a standard feature. Very surprised it's not available.

Please prioritise this feature - Has been available on other platforms for over a decade....

Argh, just another basic feature you'd think a platform like Xero would already have...

This should be made a priority please at is so needed. Other products offer this feature. Please make this happen as soon as possible.

Why isnt this feature available already? Come on xero, you have jacked up the prices so much and you have not implemented any new features that we actually need.

Xero is there any news on this since the update on 18th December 2023?

This is something so obvious and a feature anyone would expect as a standard inclusion. This is so needed in a product like Xero and incredibly surprising that it hasn't already been included for years.

Please provide an update.

This should be a standard feature

Contact xeroemail.com for sending your invoices, reminders directly from your own domain. They are also working on automated monthly statement and reports.

This is pretty important folks...

Come on Xero, this is an essential requirement to help your customers work more efficiently and effectively.

I can't believe it would take that much development work for you to implement this.

Look at the feedback from the community to this issue, it reflects poorly on your brand that you won't deliver this for whatever reason - hopefully it's not true that you're profiting from this by forcing us to use 3rd party integrations!

Hey Xero, don't become complacent, people ie users and YOUR customers are shouting for this feature. WHEN will you implement it????

This would be a no-brainer useful feature both to automate sending reports to clients but also to allow users to integrate Xero with other tools - e.g. you could email a report file to a shared mailbox and use a script to upload the data into tools like PowerBI.

But just to temper people's expectations - this is why Xero will probably never introduce this feature. There are tools like OData Link which integrate Xero data with other tools, and if they were to enable us to automate report emails then the demand for those tools would dramatically drop.

Sadly, this feature isn't compatible with Xero's business plan which is the reason they are not considering it.
