Similar I want to create an admin job for every client so that the accountants don't keep using adhoc

I feel like I used to be able to print the Notes Section of the jobs in the reports - has that feature been removed? If so WHY WHY WHY

We bill our clients under the Account Partner and I need to be able to quickly provide an Invoice report for each Partner. The detailed report allows for this but does not just give me the total of the invoice I have to select the line items even though they are not relevant as it is only the total of the invoice that is relevant.
If I choose only title the invoice total is added by the number of lines in the invoice and blows out the Receivables Invoice report by literally hundreds of thousands of dollars.

We have just merged with another firm and I now have to recreate over 650 repearing invoices :(

We have just moved to Ignition Billing and this creates an annual job covered by the agreement. I basically need to be able to allocate Q1 BAS start date and due date etc but right now I have to do every single task 1 by 1. I had hoped that labelling might have helped but you can't even list tasks by chosen task rather than all of them. As I currently have 282 jobs that need to have 4 BAS allocated and scheduled I am slowly but surely losing my mind
