Appreciate wanting this feature if the line is unique, Melanie. However, if the lines are for items you regularly buy or sell, perhaps you could set up untracked inventory items to be able to quickly select and fill fields of your invoices and bills?

Hi community, thanks for sharing the challenges you face around deleting invoices.
Right now in Xero, invoices with a Draft status can be deleted in bulk from the list view - simply select the invoices and you’ll see an option to Delete at the top of the list.
We understand that for many in the thread here you’re referring to the ability to bulk remove invoices that have an approved status(bulk void) and I have just updated the title of this idea to better reflect this.
This isn’t a feature we have planned at this stage, but maybe something we explore longer term as a possible enhancement to the list view. For the time being, while not within the product for those with more technical resources there’s capability via our API that you may like to consider.

This thread seems to date back quite a while and there is still no batch delete facility? We have been using SL in a different system and want to bring it in to Xero. In order to do this we need to clear out historical data that has only been used for VAT purposes and not credit control. We have a huge amount of invoices awaiting payment that are going to take an enormous amount of time to clear. Cannot believe its easy to get a batch of invoices into Xero but not to delete them.
Having just moved from Sage50 I used to use F6 to copy a line all the time. So quick and easy. Would appreciate a similar function in Xero.
