    This would be a massive help to see notes first in the History & Notes section on contacts, particularily for credit control purposes as these get lost when auto there is system generated entries. Additionally, being able to see user notes on the aged debt report is equally as important.

    Chasing debtors should not be time consuming, by having this feature there would be no need to trawl through notes to establish the last action taken. Having the option to include both customer and invoice notes would be ideal.
