Hi community, thanks for your interest in this idea. Just wanted to pop in here to share, for those who aren't already aware, that you can export the Receivable Invoice Summary report. The report has a 'Last Payment Date' column that you can add to it which is useful for finding customers who habitually pay late so that you can take appropriate action.
To be transparent, building a feature to show the average days to pay by customer isn't on our roadmap at this time, but we'll be sure to update this idea if that changes in future.

We're working on modernising the client record user interface(UI) and your idea here is being worked into this change.
We'll first be making this available to our UK practices, with the aim of eventually expanding this to all regions. I'll be back to confirm as this starts to roll and give more detail of the change.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing on your needs for a comprehensive client audit trail in XPM. We understand this feature is critical for accountability and data integrity, and we hear you on the pain points this is causing.
As you might've read and heard updates of our teams are currently working on a unified experience across practice tools with the Xero Partner Hub.
History of client changes aren't wrapped into the initial work, but this is something the team would like to look at longer term and for now we'll move the idea to Accepted. Once Xero Partner Hub is fully released we can consider and will share any updates around history with you all here

We have the same issue in our firm. Our budget is flowing through to the job from Ignition. However I cannot allow all staff access to all the financial data. Fix needed!

We also raise 1 invoice that gets settled over several months via direct debit. The current GoCardless integration doesn't support this process. It is vital to our business as that this is supported

This feature really needs to be enabled. Crazy that the average days is available to view in the client card but no report can be generated
