    It's been a while since we've provided you with an update about this idea, so wanted to touch base

    We've reviewed your comments and can see the that this idea has been steadily gaining support.

    Whilst this idea isn't currently on our product team's roadmap, we're monitoring the activity and will continue to keep you updated along the way.

    Having this feature is the difference to us between using Xero as a standalone product and being forced to go to a third party add on. We need the ability to add a note when in duration mode as our team members are split across programs. We require the ability for staff to be able to add a note in duration mode to flag when they accrue TOIL. Alternatively - set up a system so people can add a request to accrue TOIL.
