Hi everyone, thanks for all your support here. We recognise the importance of notifying the right people when bank account details change, and how this would help businesses strengthen their checks and reduce fraud risk.
While this work isn’t directly on the roadmap just yet, this idea is on our radar, and we’re looking to explore it further to ensure we’re covering the ground needed for a smooth customer experience.
We appreciate everyone who's shared feedback and examples, as they help us better understand the impact this'd have in practice.

I definitely agree with Miléna Hubert, this is critical. The notification should be instantaneous not something you have to search for in a report somewhere.

Direct drag and drop files is a no brainer. We need to save time not waste time with Xero!
Bring back the previous method, please.
