Hi Tina, just thinking in lieu of this feature atm - To help get a view of bills that don't have an assigned planned date you can click the Planned date header to sort all bills by planned date and this will also group all bills with no planned date. 🙂

Kellys idea is what we are currently doing but we have no function to have a report in excel . Once i run a bills for payment report XERO incorrectly defaults the planned date to = the due date. This is misleading. If we wanted this we could just use the due date.

I badly need this to also include billed expenses. I need to know which account transactions were billed , and to who and on what sales invoice number. Currently i am having to manually enter columns manually and go into each expense to get this information which is painful.
