    Improve the notes visibility on bills

    currently they are not visible at all on overview screen like Bill to pay>awaiting payment and by default they are un opened when you open a bill to view it

    even just making the existing notes visable on the payment screens or overview screes would be an improvement, there is no way of seeing if a bill has a note from the overviews
