    Hi everyone, thanks for your continued feedback about managing working patterns for part-time employees.

    We’re pleased to share that we plan to begin rolling out working patterns in AU Payroll later this year.

    The first release will allow you to set a one-week work pattern for each employee. This pattern will automatically be used for leave and public holiday calculations in the pay run. At this stage, you’ll still need to update the employee’s pay template separately to reflect their standard working hours.

    We plan to build on this foundation by connecting working patterns with standard hours in the pay run and supporting a broader range of working patterns. We’ll share more details as the first release gets closer.

    Great minds think alike!
    It would be amazing to be able to name our planned date dates. We have different pay runs for different purposes. ie a weekly subcontractor run, an EOM supplier run (which is split in two as some are EFT and some are paid by CC), a rent run, an insurance run. It would really help as we process a large volume of invoices.
