Hi team, while not a 'default' option for this within Xero, you could achieve this using a Custom DOCX branding theme, with an advanced invoice template.

With the template open in Microsoft Word, you can add the ContactPhysicalAddress merge field where you want their Delivery Address to appear.

You can add your logo and make any other changes you'd like, before saving the file and uploading it back into your branding theme in Xero.

You'll then want to select this custom branding theme for your invoices.

So, we are seeing the scenario that when the Delivery address is the same as the Billing address, the Delivery address shows up on the Invoice. However, when the Delivery address is different from the Billing address, the Delivery address is omitted from the invoice. Why is this? We are getting some confusion with our customers.

The fix above doesn't work, either.

Also, your "advanced invoice template" link is broken in your support answer.

Hi Jo, thanks for sharing your idea on how Stripe fees could be handled.

We understand your 'ideal world' scenario where the full invoice payment is deposited, and Stripe invoices you for the fees separately. We can definitely see how this approach would lead to a much cleaner and more direct bank reconciliation for every single payment.

We're grateful for your engagement and letting us know the changes that matter to you. We've reviewed your idea and now it can gain support from other community members. Along with votes, others can now comment to share additional detail about how having Stripe fees invoiced separately could improve their experience with Xero.

Are there any plans to incorporate Stripe Tax into Xero Invoices/Xero Quotes? Since Stripe is a common payment method, it would help us streamline our processes if Stripe Tax was an option when creating Quotes and Invoices in Xero.

Has there been any update or decision regarding the addition of AutoTax functionality to quotes and the broader sales workflow? For businesses like ours, the ability to include accurate tax information at the quoting stage is essential for helping customers budget their projects effectively.

Currently, the lack of this feature means we would need to manually enter hundreds of taxing districts, which significantly complicates our transition to Xero.

Is there any roadmap or workaround for enabling AutoTax in quotes, recurring invoices, and sales orders?
