Hi Xero, seems like a simple fix, can you look at this, especially where bulk uploads of contacts have been made, where there might have been an error in the uploaded data. This creates a very unclean way to start a file, if archiving is the only way, not a real solution, in this case.
Please look into the ability to delete contacts with no transaction data, as there is no audit issue or need to retain this information, especially for newly created files transitioned from an alternate software, not a great first impression, and massive time commitment to amend or merge clients.
