    Hi everyone, as part of the work we're doing here, we're looking to engage some small businesses as well as accountants and bookkeepers who use our Payroll functionality to try out our new prototypes and give us feedback.

    It would be extremely useful if Xero Payroll would flag up when employees reach a certain age or their apprenticeship anniversary, so you would know to change the employee's Pay Rate. Without this, it means having to continually check employee DOBs and potentially having to pay backdated pay increases when they have been missed. Other payroll software does this.
