Hi Megan, thanks for your feedback on the new Partner Hub experience when entering client addresses. Your input is valuable to and appreciated. We have moved this idea to Gaining Support and the Product team will be looking over all the feedback from our customers/partners so they can get a better idea of the experience and functionality of the new platform. Hi Hannah, thanks for sharing your thoughts on the business structure view in Xero Practice Hub. It’s helpful to understand how important it is to see clearer client details at a glance when you’re managing groups of clients.
Your suggestion around having a more detailed business structure breakdown makes sense, especially as broader categories like Other can cover a mix of different client situations.

I support this request.
Our firm allocates each client to a specific Partner, and not being able to display a Partner column in the client list creates unnecessary extra steps. It slows down work allocation, permission updates, and general administration because we have to open each client file just to see who is responsible.
Adding optional columns for Partner, Client Group, file type, and subscription details would make XPM far more efficient and better aligned with how firms actually manage clients.
