    This is a critical problem and should not be ignored. We should not have to move to another system. Xero should listen to their customers and resolve problems otherwise people will start to look at AI to do their accounting for them.
    Xero you better listen the window is starting to close on you.

    Particularly relevant when you can't generate a project profitability report. System can't handle the current load and thus 90% of the time the report does not run. Either increase resource on the server or allow reported to be scheduled.
