Budgets - Calculate as a % of another line
I'm setting up a budget in Budget manager. Is it possible to budget that one expense line is a percent of another - eg Superannuation is 11.5% of wages payable?

13 votesHi team, we appreciate the appetite in formula driven budgets, to help reduce manual work. Recently, we released Analytics Budgets that's currently in early access. This new experience introduces suggested and event based adjustments, including percentage changes, giving you more flexible ways to model change.
While linking of lines and accounts within a budget isn't currently possible, this is something we're exploring as a future enhancement. I'll keep you updated of any news for this here.

Xero - Get approval from the Danish Business Authority
The Danish Business Authority requires Accounting Systems to be approved by them in order for you to use their system in the country. XERO currently have no plans to get approved by them, I think they should get approval from DBA, and other countries, to enable subsidiaries of Global companies to use the same software as their parent companies.

Account Transaction report - Add Quantities & Unit Price to Column Drop Down
It would be incredibly helpful if 'Quantities' & ' Unit Price' were included as column options in the Account Transactions report.
This way one can quickly review the quantity & price of each entry without having to drill down into each individual entry. It would also provide a total quantity and average unit price for the given period.
The example that I am referring to is on a farm business where we would like to review the tonnes of crop sold and the price.225 votesHi community, we appreciate your continued support on this idea. I need an account watchlist for annual budget, the budget should be for one year accounting period.
40 votesHi all, we understand why seeing annual budget figures in the Account Watchlist would make monitoring easier. We're rolling out new Analytics Budgets that's currently in early access. This new solution doesn't feed into the watchlist just yet. However, this is something we have plans for and will keep you updated of progress here.

Purpose: Users can set up recurring reports to the dedicated person consistently at the same date.

Reporting: Budget - Add Budgets for Balance Sheet accounts
Ability to add budgets in the balance sheet accounts.
Purpose: It’ll make it easier for users to see the figure when they're budgeting in Xero.
225 votesHi everyone, thanks for all your support and sharing how useful budgeting for Balance sheet accounts would be for your business.
We've launched new Analytics Budgets which is in early access and can be accessed from the Reports centre.
Though not in the first cut, balance sheet budgeting is planned, with intentions for you to be able to set a balance sheet budget and compare it with actuals in reports. We'll update you again as this work progresses to share more details.
