Hi everyone, we appreciate you taking the time to share how important more flexible payroll permissions are for your teams.
It's clear that having granular control over who can access different parts of payroll would make a real difference to how you manage timesheets and leave approvals, as well as restrict access to other sensitive areas.
From research, Payroll is definitely an area we know needs more permission controls for varying roles. This is something our product teams are beginning to explore and do deeper research of. We'll keep you updated as we make progress, and we're grateful for your continued input.

AU Payroll - Payroll Admin Access Levels - Rather than FULL Access: When adding User Permission to Payroll Admin the user has full access to all areas of Payroll. From a security view point it would beneficial to have different levels of access under the Payroll Admin. The current set up exposes businesses to the potential of wrong doings in payroll. 3 Levels as a Suggestion: Level 1 - Full Access / Level 2 - The ability to tick what processes you want the User to be able to do / Level 3 - View Only. There are not enough User restrictions in the Payroll access.

Being able to set a desired schedule for automatic statements eg weekly, fortnightly, monthly (particular date of the month). This is a feature that is highly needed. Especially for companies that have a large portfolio of customers.
