    This needs addressing asap. The payroll software is not UK HMRC compliant and once again, women on maternity leave in businesses could be losing out with employers pension contributions. As an employer we have trusted the software to work and it isn't.

    Hi Brian, thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand the point in having an option to prevent users from approving their own expense claims, particularly for larger teams or businesses with more structured approval workflows.

    I’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking interest and help our product teams better understand the demand for this type of approval permission setting.
